Yes. All templates, guest replies, seating, email invitations, the planner and shared photo album are free. Each event can include up to 300 people, including companions and children. No card details are needed.

After publishing, copy the website link and send it in a messenger, or send a personal invitation by email from Gostelio. Guests open it in a browser; no app or account is needed.

Yes. Edit the text, date, venue or photos. Changes are automatically saved to your private draft. Publish the changes when you want guests to see the new version. The link stays the same, so there is no need to send another one.

Open Guests in your event dashboard. For personal links, you can see who opened the invitation and who replied. You choose which extra questions to ask, such as food preferences or transport. Replies to enabled questions appear with each guest.

Yes. Use the planner for tasks, deadlines, budget, expenses and the day’s schedule. Start without an invitation and link one later to work with guests and seating. Your planning details are visible only to you.

A published invitation is not automatically deleted after the celebration. An unpublished draft left unchanged for 30 days may move to Trash. A warning appears at least 14 days beforehand. Edit the draft to keep working on it.

Restore a deleted event from Trash within 21 days. After that, it is permanently deleted.

You can start without registering. To return from another browser or device, use Save account in the dashboard and confirm your email. You can then sign in with that address.
